ime flies when we are having fun, this is something I know to be true. I stayed at The Beverly Hills Villa at Jimbaran 2 months ago and I can say that was one of the most rewarding moments within these five years. My job as personal assistant for Managing Director had made me busy and so hectic during the days. Also, arranging his vacations sometimes frustrated me; he could go out for vacations al least three times a year, to Maldives, Greece, Thailand, The Caribbean, Bora-Bora…the most exotic places on earth, I bet. I arranged everything, from picking the resorts or private villas, booking the plane tickets, organizing tours, to making the list of souvenirs he should buy. Tiring but fun, I had always imagined it could have been me who went out for vacation.
About three months ago, I saw an envelope on my desk addressed to me. I found two return tickets plus voucher to stay for 1 week at The Beverly Hills, an exquisite private villa in Bali. Wow. It was the nicest gift I had ever received. BIG thanks Boss!! I spent 1 romantic week at a beautiful one bedroom villa overlooking the exotic hilly surroundings and Indian Ocean view in the distance. We enjoyed a private living room, dining area, full kitchen and a super-luxurious bedroom with en-suite bathroom, also there was a large garden outdoors features a personal swimming pool next to day bed that was great for special massages given by Balinese therapist. The Beverly Hills Villa was not like other Bali hotel villas we saw on the brochures. Indeed, I flew away back home with the nicest moments lingering in my memory.
